Are there any age restrictions for your events?
All our events are 18+ unless otherwise stated. If you look under 25, you will be asked for ID, so please make sure you bring a valid form of ID with you (passport, driving license). The followings are NOT considered as valid forms of ID and will NOT be accepted: Oyster cards, credit/debit cards, college/university/company/gym ID cards.
I can’t find my ticket!
Unless specifically stated on the event page, **all tickets bought through the EWF page are downloadable PDF e-tickets**, which are sent to you with your confirmation email once you have purchased through our website. If you have not received a confirmation email, please ensure that you have checked all your active inboxes, including any spam folders. If you still cannot find it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the date and time you purchased the tickets, the last 4 digits of the card you booked with, and the email address you gave us when you purchased them.

I’ve lost my ticket, what should I do?
Contact the ticket vendor you purchased it from. If you have a ticket enquiry please email email@example.com with full details of the issue you are having.
Can I have a refund?
Sorry, tickets are non-refundable. You can swap for a different session. There will be a £10.00 admin fee for this.
What name will appear on my bank statement?
Ticketing payments are processed by CEE Conferences Ltd. on our behalf, so CEE Conferences Ltd. will appear on your statement.
Do I need to show ID to get into the festival?
Yes. All of our events are 18+ unless otherwise stated, so we always ask for valid ID (passport, driving license) if you look under 25.
Can I leave an event and come back later on?
Usually we operate a no re-entry policy for nighttime events.
Is there a dress code?
Clothes are a must, style is optional.
Is there disabled access at venue?

I’ve lost my jacket/scarf/bag etc. How can I get it back?
We take great care making every effort to reunite owners with lost items, however we deal with an extremely high volume of lost property so please be patient, we reply you in five working days. Please email us to email@example.com
